ADVANCING HUMAN HEALTH THROUGH EPIGENETIC DISCOVERY

The Proposed

Biological Mechanism

A deeper educational view of how potassium–channel biology may connect to genome stabilization, cellular immunity, and reported clinical outcomes.

OVERVIEW / THERAPEUTIC RATIONALE

“Glyburide (Amglidia in the EU / glyburide in the U.S.) is associated with responsiveness in certain congenital-diabetes gene mutations linked to potassium-channel dysfunction, including KCNJ11 and related genetic forms of diabetes. Vanadate is presented as a complementary potassium-channel modulator with reported genome-restoring effects and beneficial effects on glucose metabolism. Together, the combination is proposed to support genome stabilization, more normal gene expression, restoration of cellular immunity, and improved bioenergetics.
